Please let me know if you or others have these interests and would like to volunteer:
- to help edit essays on the subject of American handwriting
- to engage in a community of others with an interest in the history of American handwriting
- to rectify the past and current scholarship
- to study under-researched styles so they can be better understood
- to help create a verifiable timeline of primary material
- to serve as "American handwriting paleographers" so that the same attention to medieval letterforms might be given to our writing heritage
- to study the decline of analog writing
- to study new digital forms of "handwriting"
